Despite the fact that the driver had personally hit the bumper in the parking lot when he was parking the car for me, saying, "It's okay, it's already damaged." When I handed it in, they didn't consider my argument that the bumper was damaged. It is sad. 2 years ago, when I rented from you, the scratch on the door did not affect the rental price, and there were no penalties.
